My wife has to work a funeral this afternoon. I’m going to not go to church, not watch sports, return a couple of VGA-USB Adapters to Best Buy, not wash the car, do a load of two of laundry, and do some homework. Also shitpost.

Also if you Google “Turbo Mullet,” this image is on the first page of image results.

Context: a friend mentioned that the Subaru Baja is a mullet among cars.

If it were me:

I’d get some local meat, some sweet potatoes, winter squash, and maybe some other root veggies. Maybe grab a sprig or two of fresh rosemary and thyme.

Then dice the veggies and toss them with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. Throw them in the oven at 275-300 for about two hours.

Put a nice herb rub on the meat (I would probably get a pork loin) let it come to room temperature and throw it in the oven next to veggies for about 1:30-2 hours. Serve with a fat red wine or maybe a brown ale. Fall asleep right after dinner.

Im not going to morning service, but I might go to evening, however I’ve been sick, so I don’t really want to spread that around. Going to work on reading the first three chapters of Linux + Guide to Certification. Yesterday read chapters 1-2 of Network Security +, and tomorrow I’ll be reading the first two chapters Guide to Computer Forensics. Thats a lot of reading, but the Linux and Forensics stuff is at least interesting.
